Experience
- Took an AI-native finance product 0→1: ideation, architecture, and shipping.
- Designed LLM extraction → review → export workflows; rapid-prototyped with Claude and similar tools to validate ideas before committing engineering effort.
- Worked directly with pilot customers and design partners — translated messy real-world finance processes into structured product flows.
- Built end-to-end data pipelines and live demos to communicate product value to early users.
- Owned product end-to-end as the only PM: discovery → scoping → shipping → iteration.
- Defined direction from observed user behavior, not opinions — debugged with customers in real time and turned feedback patterns into high-impact shipped changes.
- Pulled engineers into customer conversations; tightened feedback loops and cut resolution times.
- Partnered closely with engineering on scoping, unblocking, and shipping quickly without dropping quality.
- Shipped fuzzy-search find-and-replace, an alerts/monitoring system, and a notification service used across the product.
- Reshaped how user data was collected and organized end-to-end across the platform.
- Real-time face recognition, logo tracking, and emotion detection prototypes (fine-tuned OpenFace, SSD, dlib).
- Production OCR (Tesseract) and speech-to-text (Google API) applications.
